1. Returns Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • It must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid purchase invoice from Winksale.com is required.
  • The product should not be physically damaged or show signs of use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with activated iCloud/Apple ID.
  • Opened or used accessories, including chargers, cables, or headphones.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-refundable during purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of a defective or wrong product, Winksale.com will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Fill out our Return Request Form or email us at sanjay.pinw@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify your request within 24-48 hours and share the return shipping details.
  3. Pack the product securely and dispatch it to the address provided.
  4. Once received and verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
