The product should not be physically damaged or show signs of use.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used accessories, including chargers, cables, or headphones.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-refundable during purchase.
